We seek a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our community across various social media platforms. Your main responsibilities will include creating compelling content, managing social media accounts, and driving engagement through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to boost Homebook’s online presence and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating website traffic.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Cooperate in other marketing activities to manage brand reputation and increase reach.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in our market.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new strategies to keep us ahead.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and terminology is a plus.
