استخدام برنامه‌نویس ارشد Golang (دورکاری)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and refinement of the solution architecture for the team.
  2. Provide mentorship and coaching to team members on architectural practices and challenges.
  3. Promote good design and refactoring practices to ensure maintainable solutions with minimal technical debt.
  4. Advocate for regular integration and testing of solutions, ideally through continuous integration (CI) practices.
  5. Advise the product owner on technical priorities.
  6. Develop architectural spikes.
  7. Guide team members in following organizational architectural guidelines and roadmaps.
Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. 6+ years of experience in the software engineering industry.
  3. 3+ years of experience with Golang.
  4. 1+ years of experience in leading a team.
  5. Deep understanding of clean architecture concepts.
  6. Strong knowledge of Event-Driven Software.
  7. Comprehensive understanding of OOP concepts.
  8. Proficiency in software testing.
  9. Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile.
  10. Exposure to technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, OLTP and OLAP databases, and monitoring tools.
  11. Ability to understand the tradeoffs in big data technologies.
  12. Knowledge of the Domain-Driven Design approach.
  13. Understanding of OKR planning and the ability to contribute to team OKRs and missions.
