Job Description:
- As an HR Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely together with both the HR, Marketing communications functions and content team and external partners. Support HR social media strategy; maintain company career related presence on social media sites etc.
- Propos and develop creative concept of content for HR social media channels with corporate communication and content department.
- Developing relationships with key media and influencers to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline to increase employer brand ambassadors.
- Content provider and active social media player.
- Create target talent persona for each department and providing related innovative recruiting campaigns.
- Build effective relations with universities and prepare reports about their event to publish in LinkedIn, News Room and ….
- Following to design and implement creative package regarding to the candidate experience (interview gift, on-boarding kit and etc.)
- Implement and drive HR event.
- Create innovative concept for employer branding video and plan to viral that.
- Plan calendar and X number of social media activities
- Responding to negative and positive user review and take actions for questions and complaints (ex: LinkedIn, Instagram and etc.) to build a positive relation.
- Job Requirments:
- All Bachelor and Master Degrees with top grades are welcome. Degree in MBA, Industrial Engineer, computer engineer or related field is a plus.
- Creative and self learner
- A proactive reader
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong writing and editing ability
- Social Media: campaign and content development, scheduling and posting, monitoring, tracking and reporting, copy writing
- Knowledge of content marketing, marketing & communication activities is Plus
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and others
- Energetic, organized characteristic is highly recommended
