Driven by a growth mindset, Golrang seized the opportunity of e-commerce and embarked on a digital transformation journey. This resulted in the creation of Dartil, a platform specially designed to enable the online sale of goods beyond Golrang's core production and distribution channels.
Job description:
Our business, marketing, operation, commercial and finance teams are always trying to innovate and discover new ideas to fulfill our vision. But, ideas are always full of assumptions that need fast delivery and customer feedback. So we need a seasoned product manager who can:
⦁ Create a common understanding among stakeholders and software teams
⦁ Lead the entire process of transforming an idea into working software and validated learning
⦁ Adapt to change and align professionals (including developers, QA, designers and scrum masters)
Competencies we look for:
● Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position
● Mastery of conducting product discovery, customer journey mapping and prototyping
● Mastery of defining product iterations and prioritizing each delivery phase
● Mastery of defining the deliverables and backlog management for developers, QA team and visual designers
● Mastery of team alignment through employing agile methodology and related tools(Azure, Jira,...)
● Ability to work collaboratively, strong public relations, and experience in stakeholder management
