Responsibilities

• Work with software engineers to define requirements and standards
• Act as a systems and services owner (CI/CD, Stage, Deploy, Operate, Support, Monitor, Troubleshoot, Maintain, Automate, Document, etc.)
• Take responsibility for the quality, reliability, and availability of systems and services
• Research, test, and implement new technologies to support the application architecture

Qualifications

• Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration 
• Experience in scripting with Bash
• Experience in the Docker containers
• Experience working with reverse proxies, preferably traefik
• Experience in Nginx web server Solution
• Experience in Minio Object Storage Solution 
• Expertise with Key-Value and NoSQL solutions such as Redis, MongoDB
• Knowledge of best practices in an always-up, always-available service 
• Good Knowledge of Git
• Familiarity in CI / CD and Gitlab CI processes
  
  

• Familiarity with the topics of network security, software security, and monitoring
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (Node.js, Go)
• Familiar with Monitoring and Alerting methods and tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Familiarity in one of the Configuration Management tools such as Ansible
  
  

• High power of research and development and problem solving
• Interested in learning new content and technologies
• Passion and curiosity to create and build new things
• Independent, self-motivated
• Ability to work as a team
