Personal Requirements
As we are a mostly remote company, your location is not important, that said, we do prefer your working hours to start at the beginning of your working day. Additionally, to ensure a cultural fit, it is very important that the applicant possesses the following attributes:

About you:

  • Excellent teamwork skills (collaboration, compromising, conflict resolution, oral communication, and written communication)
  • You believe in Agile and Lean methodologies
  • You are a researcher and have a strong interest in learning
  • You are good at multitasking (organization, prioritization, deadlines, managing expectations)
  • Being comfortable with chaos and possessing resilience
  • Constantly providing a solution and offering points of view
  • You are a born-leader, process creator and a critical thinker
  • You are organized and creative
  • You have perseverance, persistence, and high energy
  • Able to wear multiple hats (multi-disciplinary skills)
  • You have a sense of humor, social skills, and are adaptable
  • You have good documenting and written skills
You have:

  • Minimum 3 years of post-production video editing experience
  • Strong digital marketing experience
  • Social media experience, such as managing a large Instagram or Twitter account, writing a blog, or running a YouTube channel
  • Experience with email, messaging, and social networking products
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to work hard
  • A 'can do' attitude who takes pride in the content produced
  • Technical skills in:
    • Adobe After Effects; Twixtor Pro, All Trapcode Suite Plug-ins, Keylight, Optical Flare, 3D Element, Twitch
    • Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
    • Cinema 4D (preferred but not essential)
