شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Hamravesh, we seek a technically astute and highly motivated  Associate Product Manager who is not only technically proficient but also possesses a keen drive for innovation. This person will help solve problems related to our products and work closely with our teams. You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet our customer's needs and help us achieve our product development goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the development and execution of product strategies to meet the company's business goals in the cloud services sector.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, marketing, sales, and support, to define and prioritize product requirements.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the cloud computing industry.
  • Participating in the product development process, including defining user stories, creating product roadmaps, and working closely with engineering teams to deliver product features on time.
  • Supporting product launches and go-to-market strategies, including developing marketing materials, conducting training sessions, and working with sales teams to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of product initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
  • Engaging with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and incorporate their input into product enhancements.
  • Staying updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to drive innovation and differentiation in the cloud services portfolio.


Requirements:

  • Technical Proficiency: Understand complex technical concepts and solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain clear and efficient communication with internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong general problem-solving skills, including design thinking, effective research, estimation, and evaluation.
  • Adaptability and Quick Learning: Quickly adapt to new contexts and technologies with the ability to switch contexts as needed.
  • Initiative: Proactively address current challenges with innovative solutions.
  • High Workload Management: Handle and thrive under high workloads, demonstrating perseverance and self-motivation.

Experience:

  •  Experience: Ideally 1-2 years in a technical role.
  •  Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
