شرح موقعیت شغلی

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Product Designer to join our team.
If you have 1 to 3 years of experience, enjoy solving real user problems, and love working closely with product managers and developers, we’d love to meet you.
In this role, you’ll take part in the full design process from user research and wireframes to visual designs and help us build user-friendly digital products.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and effective solutions.
  • Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests, etc.) to understand user needs and validate ideas.
  • Document the design process and communicate key insights and decisions with the team.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and other design assets to support ideation and development.
  • Design user interfaces that are clean, consistent, and aligned with our visual style.
  • Build interactive prototypes to test with users and validate assumptions.
  • Work closely with developers to review and ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, research findings, or product data.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years experience in product design or UX/UI design.
  • Strong portfolio that shows your design process and visual skills.
  • Ability to conducting user research, usability testing and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • Visual design skills and good understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with a focus on creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills and able to work closely with PM, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to details.
