Responsibilities:

• Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product
• Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
• Collaborate and build strong relationships with PMs, engineers and researchers
• Understand user and business goals and seek to understand product market, competitors, opportunities, and challenges
• Ability to conduct usability tests and present key findings in a well-prepared report.
• Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts
• Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
• Coordinate with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, UX writing, wireframing, and usability testing
• Familiarity with design and prototyping software applications, such as Sketch, Figma, Principle or equivalent
• Strong visual design sense, with precision and passion for interaction design
• A general understanding of Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of the market trends
• A never-ending drive to make products better
• knowing about agile methodology is an option
