About the Role
At Hami System Sharif, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team and help build and scale fintech products that create measurable value for both users and the business.
We expect our Product Managers to take end-to-end ownership of their product area — from identifying market and user opportunities to discovery, prioritization, delivery, launch, and continuous optimization.
This role requires someone with a strong product mindset and business sense who can balance user needs, business objectives, data, technical constraints, and market opportunities to make effective product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to delivery, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Continuously identify new product opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, business objectives, and product data.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking across local and international fintech products.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business priorities.
- Define KPIs, success metrics, and measurable targets for products, features, and experiments.
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and product performance to identify opportunities for improving conversion, engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Evaluate initiatives based on business impact, customer value, effort, risk, and expected return.
- Prioritize product initiatives and manage trade-offs between short-term business opportunities and long-term product strategy.
- Develop business cases for major product initiatives and assess their potential impact on growth and profitability.
- Improve product discovery and development practices and promote Lean and Agile product thinking across the organization.
- Contribute to the development of a strong product culture focused on ownership, experimentation, learning, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Product Management.
- Strong understanding of Product Discovery, Product Strategy, Product Development, and Product Analytics.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect product decisions with commercial and financial outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, Lending, Investment, or Financial Services.
