We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Product Owner with a focus on support tasks. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning and managing the support tasks related to our products. This role requires "overall knowledge" of databases and software engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their technical aspects.
- Work closely with the development team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
- Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root cause of support issues and propose effective solutions.
- Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong overall knowledge of databases and software engineering principles.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as a Product Owner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
