شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in creating a positive employee experience and participating in developing and improving related HR programs and initiatives.



Responsibilities:



  • Implementation of hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Participation in employee experience and retention projects.
  • Participation in employer branding projects.
  • Design & implementation of HR surveys.
  • Participation in culture & internal communication projects.

Requirements:


  • Have at least 3 years of related experience in the HR department.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality document and report preparation.
  • Mastery of Excel & Word.
  • Familiarity with HRM.
  • Full knowledge of talent acquisition.
  • Creativity and critical thinking.
  • Result orientation & problem solving.
