شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Role:

HCDT (Haftcin Cloud Data Technology) is looking for an experienced HR Manager who enjoys driving engagement and building organizational scalability. No day is the same and the ideal fit is someone who thrives in a dynamic company where anything is possible and much is still being built.


As HR Manager, you will built polices and will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented along with ensuring understanding by leadership team.

Responsibilities:


  • Make the impossible possible.
  • Lead a team of Integration Developers to build, support and maintain Workday integrations of all types
  • Ownership for the Workday and Salesforce architecture and infrastructure
  • Provide HR guidance and advice to line managers on HR policy and procedures, balancing needs with best practice.
  • Be a credible activist for your clients, your team and our mission.
  • Understand our business and how what you do helps it accelerate at rocket speeds.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Heavy employee relations experience with ability to create and implement sustainable solutions
  • Be a leader throughout Haftcin – speak up, exert influence to create positive change
  • Ability to have influence at all levels in the organization
  • Propose and lead HR initiatives.
  • Travels when required.
  • Love to be challenged . . . no, REALLY CHALLENGED!

  • Know, learn and keep up-to-date on the HR stuff

Requirements:


  • BA/BS degree (that is a “Bachelor of Science”) or the equivalent in experience.
  • Evidence of exceptional ability.
  • 3+ years of HR Leadership and/or HR BP experience.
  • Strong generalist HR experience is essential for this role, preferably from an IT/Telecom firm.
  • Good working knowledge of local employment law, works council and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions.
  • Proven track record of positively influencing teams and their leaders.
  • Ability to connect and engage with all teams at all levels and treat everyone as equal.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, and constantly changing environment.
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines.
  • A burning desire to work for the coolest company on the planet to change the world!
