شرح موقعیت شغلی

Hafhashtad is currently on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Product Manager to become an
integral part of our expanding team. As a Product Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in steering the
development of our digital product, leveraging your passion and expertise to drive innovation and user
satisfaction. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UX researchers, product
designers, developers, and stakeholders, you will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap and
ensuring its alignment with user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:



  •  Develop a comprehensive product strategy aligning with the company's vision and goals.
  •  Leverage market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and prioritize the product roadmap.
  •  Foster effective communication and collaboration among product designers, developers, and
  • other stakeholders.
  •  Define and document product features, specifications, and requirements.
  •  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and user satisfaction.
  •  Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and guide future enhancements.
  •  Embrace an agile product development approach, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to ensure efficient and iterative product development.

Requirements:




  •  Minimum of 3 years experience in product management 
  •  Problem-solving and analytical skills 
  •  Accountability and ownership 
  •  Communication and team working 
  •  Experience in collaboration with product designers and user researchers 
  •  Knowledge of data analysis tools like Excel, Clarity, and Google Analytics is a plus
  •  Experience in the Tourism industry is an advantage
