• Process Optimization:Gather and analyze performance data to provide insights on teams and product performance. Identify inefficiencies in the product development workflow and propose improvements. Continuously refine processes to increase team productivity and collaboration.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: Create detailed, AI-enhanced reports and dashboards that cover team performance, sprint progress, product metrics, and more. Use AI-driven analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and present actionable insights to product teams and leadership.
• Presentation & Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on program status, performance metrics, and process improvements. 
• Agile & Scrum Oversight: Support and ensure the adherence to Agile and Scrum best practices across all squads. Discover and suggest AI-based project management tools to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth execution and addressing obstacles efficiently.
• Tool Management & Optimization: Use and maintain project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and collaboration tools like Google Sheets and Google Docs. Ensure the teams are using the best tools effectively and look for ways to optimize their use. Proactively seek new AI tools to optimize team processes and maximize efficiency, moving beyond traditional tools like Google Docs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between product managers, engineering, and other departments to ensure alignment on product goals and project timelines. Manage dependencies between teams and resolve any blockers.
• Continuous Improvement: Work with product managers and squad leaders to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Encourage the use of retrospectives and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Product Program Specialist, project manager,  Product Operations Specialist, or a related role in a product-focused or tech-driven organization.
• Agile & Scrum Expertise: Strong understanding and hands-on experience in implementing Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and managing sprint cycles.
• AI Tools Proficiency: Proactively explore and implement AI-based tools and technologies to enhance workflow efficiency. 
• Data & Reporting Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and new AI tools for data analysis and reporting. Ability to analyze data, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Proactively adopt and leverage AI tools to automate data workflows, enhance reporting efficiency, and uncover deeper insights.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver clear, compelling presentations using Google Slides or similar tools, communicating complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Miro and other project management software. 
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong Research Skills: Excellent at conducting in-depth research, staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
• English Proficiency: Strong ability to read and comprehend complex English texts for research and analysis.

• Experience working in e-commerce, super app, or tech industries.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and product development best practices.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
