Responsibility:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to address workforce requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, initial interviews, and skills evaluations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate decision-making with hiring managers.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization's employer brand.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on talent acquisition performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
