  • Identify and collect information of current, potential, and lost customers, Classify and register them according to the company's plan
  • Develop integral customer service and communication skills through constant customer interaction, and employee collaboration
  • Qualify, develop, and maintain through company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them.
  • Required to multitask and time management accordingly and successfully work in a peaceful environment.
  • Communicate (in person, by phone, correspondence) with current customers and encourage them to increase their purchases and gain their satisfaction
  • Identify new customers and negotiate with them and encourage them to start cooperation and purchase of the company's products
  • Plan and conduct customer activity visits
  • Provide regular sales reports.
  • Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research
 

Requirements

  • Familiar with problem solving and solutions systems.
  • Required technical and behavioral competencies.
  • Effective communication and speaking skills
  • Full familiarity with the market
  • Principles of reporting and data analysis
  • Teamwork abilities
  • Be aware of negotiation skills
  • Regular and punctual
  • Familiar with organizational hierarchy and compliance
  • Have three years of experience specifically in sales
  • Ability to travel
  • Fluent in English
