We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting users, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience on our platform.
What You’ll Do
- User Support: Respond to customer inquiries via ticket, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve user issues with a solutions-focused mindset, escalating only when necessary.
- Platform Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our website, features, and policies to provide accurate guidance to users.
- Collaboration: Communicate recurring issues and user feedback to the technical and product teams.
- Documentation: Help keep support FAQs and internal documentation up to date.
- Quality Experience: Ensure users feel heard, supported, and confident while using the platform.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer support or website/app support (support experience is more important than years).
- Good English communication skills (written is essential; spoken is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a user-first attitude.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or basic CRM tools is a plus.
- Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple requests.
- Ability to work independently and follow defined processes.
