 What you’ll achieve:
As a Business Intelligence Expert(Lead), you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve business performance. You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business you will also support end users to determine information requirements

Job Description
• Lead Partner BI strategic initiatives, build and strength business partnership with vision, thought leadership into future roadmap.
• Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operational success.
• reviewing and verifying data, disseminating data to the Data Warehouse, and establishing policies and procedures for the collection and examination of data. 
• Work with business stakeholders and Data team to define & prioritize standardized and streamlined Partner BI reporting analytics & BI roadmap
• Bring business perspective & logic to DI (Data Infrastructure), and IT teams to drive foundational alignment
• Guide reporting & data team members on BI analytics design & reviews, with business users’ perspective and insight to ensure the relevant & impactful BI solutions & views are built for best user experience
• implementation and adoption of the BI Analytics and leads process improvement programs
• Coach and mentor new team members on the business processes and technologies
• solves complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision-makers.
• Monitor reporting systems and dashboards to ensure scheduled reports are delivered in a timely manner
• Participates in special projects as required
 

Requirements 
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent technical aptitude and presentation skills
• Strong business insights of the domain
• Familiar with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiar with Google Cloud Platform (Data Warehouse)
• Familiar with Google products such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google sheet and Tag manager
• Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concept.
• More than 5 years of related experience, ideally with business management functions
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
