استخدام Performance Marketing Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities

  • Managing and oversee various digital marketing channels.
  • Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns across a variety of channels.
  • Measure, refine and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI goals.
  • Optimizing CPI, CPL, CAC and conversion rate.
  • Plan and run experiments (A/B Tests, survey, data analysis) to optimize user funnel conversion rate in different channels.
  • Managing digital marketing campaigns budget.
  • Tracking & reporting continuously performance of different channels, activities, campaigns to assess cost & effectiveness and then design adequate actions.
  • Identify trends, insights and suggest activities for improving the quality of online advertising.
  • Observing compositors' behavior.
 

Requirements

  • Have deep knowledge on digital marketing tools (Google analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Excel, data studio, etc.)
  • Good experience with SEO and ASO.
  • Experience in managing SEM, email, native ads and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Solid organizational skills including multitasking, teamwork, communication skills, creativity, result-orientation.
  • Good presentation and reporting skills.
