Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance management processes that align with organizational goals
- Support managers in evaluating employee performance and providing constructive feedback
- Conduct skill gap analysis and training sessions to educate staff on performance management practices
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Facilitate performance appraisal processes and ensure timely completion
- Identify areas for improvement in performance management systems and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in performance management or a related HR function (3-5 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of performance appraisal methods and employee development practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and present findings effectively
- Familiarity with HR software and performance management tools
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
