Required skills:
2+ years of software interfaces design experience (commercial projects, not fictional)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Know Figma application as a pro
• Know how to make the content attractive and understandable
• Material Design System (others will be a plus)
• Informational architecture, prototypes, test User Flows
• Data and qualitative feedback interpretation
• Understanding of design engineering principles: component states, styles, screen qualities like pixel density, etc
• Stay in touch with modern design trends
• B2 English level
• Strong time-management and self-organization skills
• Ability to prioritize and design several milestones and projects efficiently
• Certificates - UI/UX Courses, schools
Will be a plus:
• Knowledge of Principle, After Effects, and other animation software
• Skills in creating creative Graphic Design
• Understanding of HTML/CSS logic principles
• Bachelor+ degree in arts or programming department, or philology
•Ability to work in an agile, highly dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Start new projects from scratch
• Support ongoing products design
• Design web/mobile interfaces using readymade kits & components, following given wireframes
• Extend existing kits & components
• Design native mobile interfaces
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes
• Create scalable creative experiences that improve the usability
• Provide creative input/ideas regarding functionality and implementation.
• Conduct design reviews with stakeholders(PM).
• Development of projects without detailed documentation
• Work on startups
