شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a Project/Product Manager to join our Project Management Office who will be responsible for managing innovative, dynamic Web and Mobile projects. In this role, the Project Manager will work closely with the Head of PMO and various business teams to deliver outstanding quality to clients and interface with all areas affected by the project including end-users, infrastructure services, architecture, and application team members. The successful candidate will get a great opportunity to master their skills and apply them in practice.

Responsibilities and Duties


  • Work with business units and stakeholders to determine project scope, project goals, product functionality, and desired features. 
  • Analyze the high-level requirements of the system and create a Software Requirements Specification.
  • Communicate project status to all stakeholders (internal and external), work to resolve issues and problems, proactively identify project risks, and make recommendations for resolution to ensure project success.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in all phases of project activity, including estimation, initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
  • Take corrective actions as required to deliver complete scope with desired quality in time and within the budget (including scope change management, risk mitigation etc).
  • Coordinate development teams and their leads

Qualifications


  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in project management (in an IT company).
  • Excellent soft skills and fluent English communication.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking
  • Profound knowledge of key PM practices.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Ability to work with risks.
  • Confident understanding of stakeholder management.
  • Good understanding of technologies and business processes.
  • Great team player.
  • Confident leadership skills. Understanding of different leadership styles and aspects of their application
Work time

  • Monday to Friday, From 2pm up to 10pm (Iran time)
