شرح موقعیت شغلی

• Analyzing and identifying training needs and conducting effective training program.
• Have a strong talent acquisition as well as talent management plan for the business unit.
• Provide HR reports to managing director of the business unit.
• Provide guidance for improving employer’s branding.   
• Design & Monitor performance management as well as career development process and also taking      care of all administrative and legal issues of the business unit.
• Preparing and offering a strategic HRM plan for the business unit in order to come up with the annual    budget as well as the HC aligned with the holding work frame and based on the business unit strategy
