Position: Graphic Designer

Location: District 5 (Tehran)

Type: Full-time



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts and ideas for visual communication, considering client requirements and target audiences.
  • Design: Create visual content using various design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator,After Effects) or other graphic design tools.
  • Layout and Composition: Arrange images, text, and other design elements to create visually appealing and effective layouts for print or digital media.
  • Color Theory: Choose and apply color schemes that convey the desired message or brand identity.
  • Branding: Ensure that design materials align with and reinforce a brand's identity, including logos and style guidelines.
  • Design and create graphic content for a variety of platforms, including digital and print media, banners, advertising, and social media.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, or other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design recommendations, and incorporate feedback.
  • Deadline Management: Meet project deadlines and manage multiple design projects concurrently.
  • File Management: Organize and archive design files for future reference and modification.
  • Trends and Tools: Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging software, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with team members.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with financial markets is a plus.
  • It is mandatory to submit a work sample.
