About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level/Senior Product Designer who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a passion for fintech innovation, this role is for you.

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping user experiences, from concept to implementation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, and researchers—to create intuitive and engaging fintech solutions. Your work will involve benchmarking, wireframing, designing, prototyping, and documenting, based on data and user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to create seamless user experiences.
  • Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Make design decisions informed by UX research and data insights.
  • Clearly document and articulate the design process (strong writing skills required).
  • Present and communicate design concepts and research findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
What We’re Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or product management.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
