• Consult and support Hiring Managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions.
• Following end to end of the recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and on-boarding.
• Conducting different interview methods such as behavioral, Group & Panel Interviews, ...
• Interview job applicants on professional experience, education, training, skills, and behavioral assessments and personality tests.
• Reference and background checks of applicants
• Prepare documentation for the hiring process
Requirements
• Education: BA or Master Degree in related fields like MBA, HRM, Industrial Psychology
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years Recruitment experience essential
• Professional knowledge of all HR areas particularly Recruitment and hiring
• Ability to work as a team player
• Result Oriented Approach
• Analytical Skills
• Advanced office
