Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Systems & Methods Expert to join our Planning team. As a Systems & Methods Specialist in a challenging environment, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Analyzing and documenting organization processes using BPMN2 methodology.
- Diagnosing current state and analyzing systems and processes.
- Preparing instructions, SOPs, procedures, workflows, and KPIs under the supervision of a direct manager.
- Redesigning and improving forms and report formats.
- Collaborating with all departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitoring and assessing business processes based on KPIs and identifying improvements.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Systems and Methods Specialist.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering or Project Management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement in processes or procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics & BPMS.
- Familiarity with BI Dashboard is an advantage.
