شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are on the lookout for top talent to be part of this journey. Currently, we are seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team for an international client.
 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile practices are followed.
  • Collaborate as product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
  • Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and practices.
  • Realtime and iterative Burndown and Project progress report.
 

Requirements:
 


  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Certification in Scrum (PMP, CSM, CSPO) is a plus.
  • Crypto experience is a plus.
