Responsibilities

• Establish a comprehensive and cohesive set of UX and visual guidelines for all Digikala Shopping products
• Design tokens (colors, typography, styles, etc.), core components, custom components, and their interconnections
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and brand teams to define the design system effectively
• Think big, explore divergent concepts, and converge on a vision that can be built iteratively
• Create comprehensive documentation and guides for all components and usage cases within the design system
• Work closely with designers to enhance design consistency and efficiency across all products, considering visual appeal, usability, accessibility, and optimization
• Leverage insights from the research team to design components that are optimized for usability
• Promote the design system across the team and foster collaboration between design and development teams
• Define future visual product generations
• Serve as a cross-functional Design Advocate
• Craft high-quality prototypes for effective communication with stakeholders
• Design a scalable design system that can be extended to other products

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product-driven design
• Experience in building design systems for medium to large organizations
• Familiarity with design patterns for web, Android, and iOS platforms
• Strong proficiency in interactive and design tools like Figma, etc.
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Advanced visual design skills
• Familiarity with accessibility standards
• Ability to manage large design tool libraries
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams without ego or arrogance
• Strong negotiation skills
• Passion for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Curious, versatile, and solution-oriented
