We're looking for an exceptional data analyst to join our data team. You will be responsible for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, a deep understanding of popular data analysis tools and databases, and good communication skills to translate business issues into technical tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
- Developing pipelines for user metrics, scores, etc.
- Provide quality assurance of imported data and reports.
- Create reports and analyses.
- Building and maintaining dashboards in Metabase, Amplitude, etc.
- Maintaining the data catalog for SQL tables, reports, and dashboards, and documenting data-related processes.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science, software engineering, applied sciences, statistics, or economics.
- Super detail-oriented and obsessed with data accuracy
- Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders to determine requirements
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
- High-level written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as PowerBI, Metabase, or Tableau
- Experienced in SQL
- Beginner knowledge of Python is a must and advanced knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of predictive analytics and AI is a plus
