REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
More than six years of experience in a software development, management and leadership role
Experience of building, recruiting and managing teams of developers
Expert in system design
Expert in microservices architecture
Expert in most of back end PHP, Python, and Nodejs languages and their equivalent frameworks
Expert in React, PWA, and SSR implementations
Applied knowledge of low latency services, queueing
Applied knowledge of caching technologies, policies, and system designs
Applied knowledge of versioning and DevOps
Applied knowledge of Live stream and real-time services
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide necessary guidance of all technology and engineering-related decisions, including product roadmap, to maximize the company's future growth and profitability and leading the company’s technological development
Lead writing and management of software-related documentation
Devise an application deployment strategy, including the guidance of DevOps and hosting server infrastructure
Devise application performance enhancement strategy
Developing and implementing disaster and emergency recovery plans
Proposes and oversees timelines for engineering tasks and projects in an agile environment
Have hands on deck
Meet both functional and non-functonal requirement of the project
