Role Overview:

As an Associate Product Manager for our online healthcare product, you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers and designers to create user-centered features. Supporting our cross-functional team, you'll identify user needs, prioritize tasks, and foster innovation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project and task management.
  • Participate and define customer impact metrics and customer personas, understanding their needs and motivations.
  • Maintain strong engagement with all stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction with the products.
  • Create comprehensive documents, including Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and user stories.
  • Collaborate with the tech team and effectively communicate to handle conflicts and demands.
  • Work closely with the design team to prepare new features for delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and produce relevant documentation.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer/IT Engineering, Basic Sciences, or MBA.
  • Have proven experience in Product Management or a related field.
  • Technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development.
  • Ability to develop meaningful product metrics.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple complex projects effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Product Specification and User Story Development.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and relevant tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to driving innovative healthcare solutions.
  • Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, or R) is a plus.
