Job Description:

As a Senior Product Manager at Dr. Saina, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to provide accessible and quality healthcare services to the Iranian community. Focused on customer experience and leveraging technology, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our product offerings. We are seeking an individual who is not only passionate about healthcare innovation but is also dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Internalize and deeply understand Dr. Saina's mission, strategies, and objectives to drive product development aligned with our vision.
  • Apply a customer-centric approach, ensuring that every decision made contributes to a positive and supportive healthcare experience for our clients.
  • Collect and analyze relevant data, including user behavior and industry trends, to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Own the innovation, definition, and planning of new products and features that align with our commitment to providing accessible and quality healthcare services.
  • Drive the execution of product go-to-market plans, including phasing and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and measure the success of launched products, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product plans, benefits, and results effectively to internal and external stakeholders.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or related field (plus).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Exceptional team player with the ability to collaborate with both business and technical entities.
  • Detail-oriented perfectionist, ensuring excellence in individual contributions, team collaboration, and product development.
  • Proactive and action-oriented personality with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Proficient in data analysis, transforming insights into informed decision-making for product enhancement.
  • Customer-centric focus, viewing products from the end user's perspective to enhance their healthcare journey.
