Pishgaman Arman provides holistic operational services to Divar Company. The process of reviewing the content of ads of Divar Company is one of the most important processes in Pishgaman Arman.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager with excellent communication skills to establish strong partnerships with stakeholders and Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a natural tendency to use data in decision-making and prioritization to control and evaluate the operational process of reviewing the content of ads based on regulations and standards.
this position is responsible for decreasing the risk of the content of the published ads by users.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of industry and regulatory frameworks, and identifying opportunities to improve risk programs to minimize gaps
- Constantly assess the regulatory landscape and look around to ensure business readiness
- Establish strong partnerships with front line business partners and other stakeholders to understand business processes and ensure programs, policies and procedures are effective
- Coordinate mechanisms to improve documentation, track progress, coordinate all improvement efforts, and monitor process improvement effectiveness
- Assist with linking policy, standard operating procedures, controls, monitoring, and reporting with the goal of improving operations, compliance policies, and risk management
- Drive process improvement and control implementation projects through coordination.
Qualifications:
- Experience overseeing third party program risk assessments, analysis, credible challenges, and reporting
- Experience providing reporting and updates to stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- In-depth knowledge of an enterprise risk management framework, including risk identification, risk appetite and strategy, risk-related decisions, business processes
- Strong ability to solve problems and drive results
- Experience in the design, implementation, or strategic enhancement of governance risk and compliance programs and or capabilities
- Highly organized and able to build trusting relationships with stakeholders
- Experience defining security, resilience, and compliance strategies.
