DIREK is seeking a part-time AR/ML kit iOS Developer in Vancouver, Canada.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AR/ML kit iOS Developer to join our team in Vancouver, Canada. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating innovative and user-friendly mobile applications.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement innovative mobile app solutions on the iOS platform.
Implement machine learning features using AR and MLKit or other frameworks. Integrate iOS apps with the Unity framework.
· Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
· Fix bugs and improve application performance with a high priority.
· Pay attention to details, considering rare cases/exceptions during development.
· Carry out code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
· Publish applications to TestFlight and App Store and manage the release process.
· Be comfortable in documenting and observing current document guidelines.
· Stay updated with the latest iOS trends, technologies, and tools.
Qualifications
Proficient with machine learning frameworks such as MLKit, ARKit, or other alternatives.
Proficient with Unity
Proficient in Swift, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch.
Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Text.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs like Alamofire, Firebase, Realm, etc.
Experience with automated testing tools such as XCTest, XCUITest, etc.
Experience with version control tools such as Git, SVN, etc.
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
Strong knowledge of the iOS platform and its capabilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Passionate about creating beautiful and user-friendly apps.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
