Job Description

Product Owner responsibilities include gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.

  • Proposing potential product/feature, etc.
  • Understanding and defining marketing strategy
  • Identifying users and requirements
  • Defining value proposition
  • CX process
  • Running lean methodology
  • UX analysis and design
  • Creating product wireframes
  • Preparing product for development team
  • Generating MVP iterations
  • Product market fit and metrics setting
  • Defining marketing/sales plan
  • Alignment with tech team
  • Collecting stakeholders plans and targets
  • Managing release plan
  • Launching product
  • Product evaluation (metrics, KPIs, targets, etc.)
  • Iterative backlog grooming
  • Decision making based on business/customer/market/stakeholders, etc. requirements
  • Helping ops understand product (FAQ, SLA, OLA)
  • Collecting report/feedback from ops team about the product
  • Iterative product optimization process based on product roadmap/ customer feedback/ market requirement
  • Bug fixing/ hot fix planning
  • Planning for product growth (scalability, maintainability)
  • Identifying blockers in both business and product 
  • Collaborating with stakeholders for resolving the blocker
  • Collaborating with MKT team
  • Setting targets with MKT/Sales team
  • Fluent in Product & Service Design
  • Familiar with software Development
  • Familiar with UX and CX principles
  • Being up to date with the latest Fintech trends (Local & International)
  • Familiar with Data Analysis
  • Fluent in Agile Methodologies
  • Fluent in Defining product metrics
  • Familiar with Market Research, Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Marketing Mix, Implementation and control
  • Familiar with Strategic Planning
