• Consult with assigned business partners on HR functions while ensuring alignment with HR best practices and department/company goals
• Train and partner with leaders on supervisory-related responsibilities such as performance management
• Manage HR projects while ensuring alignment with company goals and initiatives
• Implement improvements in and create processes and policies
• Navigate complex HR-related situations at all levels of the company and contribute to the decision-making process
• Identify areas of opportunity to improve the employee experience and develop and implement solutions
• Seek professional development opportunities in HR and translate new knowledge by improving the business.
• Monitor HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and develop solutions that align with the market.
• Identify, engage, and screen qualified and diverse candidates through various channels (online platforms, networking events, referrals, etc.)  and interview with them.
• 4+ years of experience
• Work experience in tech or fintech companies is considered an advantage.
