5-Navigate complex HR related situations at all levels of the company and contribute to the decision making process
6-Identify areas of opportunity to improve the employee experience and develop and implement solutions
7-Seek professional development opportunities in the HR realm and translate new knowledge by making improvements to the business
8-Monitor HR trends and best practices and ensure employment laws are followed and develop solutions to ensure alignment with the market
9-Identify, engage and screen qualified and diverse candidates through various channels (online platforms, networking events, referrals, etc.) and interview with them.
