Installation & Maintenance: Installing and maintaining of OS, Software, Hardware (Printers, Scanners, IP Phone,… ) used in the organization.
IT Issues Problem Solving: Determination of the best maintenance solution based on the issues and details provided by colleagues.
Pass & Follow Requests: Pass on any feedback or requests by colleagues to the appropriate team.
Documentation: Document creation for recurring problems. Inventory keeping of all equipment, software and user licenses.
At least bachelor degree in IT
Network+ / A+ (would be a plus)
Familiar with Microsoft services would be a plus
Familiar with Linux OS is a plus.
Excellent communication skill.
Customer-oriented mindset and result-oriented.
Based on the appraisal session candidate will be hired after 3 months.
