Product Lead (Fintech) - Responsibilities:

Vision & Strategy:
- Lead the product vision and roadmap, aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Define product requirements and features based on user needs and data insights.
Solution Architecture & Development:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define and design technically sound solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications.
- Partner with architects and developers to ensure product roadmap feasibility.
Data-Driven Approach:
- Leverage data analytics to understand user behavior, measure product performance, and inform decision-making.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize product features and user experience.
Product Leadership & Management:
- Build and lead a high-performing product team, including designers, engineers, and data analysts.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented product culture.
- Delegate tasks effectively and manage team performance.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders (e.g., executives, investors, marketing).
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing, sales) to achieve product goals.
- Be an advocate for the product and user needs within the organization.

Product Lead (Fintech) - Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech industry.
Technical Background: Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and experience working with software development lifecycles.
Data-Driven: Proven ability to use data analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
Leadership: Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business, engineering).
Additional Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies, knowledge of financial regulations, and passion for the fintech industry are highly desirable.
