• Vision & Strategy: 
  • Lead the product vision and roadmap, aligned with business goals and market trends. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and threats. 
  • Define product requirements and features based on user needs and data insights. 
• Solution Architecture & Development: 
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define and design technically sound solutions. 
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications. 
  • Partner with architects and developers to ensure product roadmap feasibility. 
• Data-Driven Approach: 
  • Leverage data analytics to understand user behavior, measure product performance, and inform decision-making. 
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success. 
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize product features and user experience. 
• Product Leadership & Management: 
  • Build and lead a high-performing product team, including designers, engineers, and data analysts. 
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented product culture. 
  • Delegate tasks effectively and manage team performance. 
  • Coaching product owners toward their career path
  • Hire and manage product owners
• Communication & Collaboration: 
  • Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders (e.g., executives, investors, marketing). 
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing, sales) to achieve product goals. 
  • Be an advocate for the product and user needs within the organization.  

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Technical Background: Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and experience working with software development lifecycles.
• Data-Driven: Proven ability to use data analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
• Leadership: Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
• Coaching and people management : experience in hiring people, doing regular 1-1s, and creating career plans.
• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business, engineering).
• Additional Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies, knowledge of financial regulations, and passion for the fintech industry are highly desirable.
• An entrepreneurial mentality – experienced in creating products from scratch and generating and validating hypotheses.
