Responsibilities:

Preparation and compilation of educational documents for training people to use the tools
Designing optimized processes and workflows
Support and help people to use the tool
Reviewing new plugins and providing solutions to better meet the needs of the organization
Monitoring system efficiency and performance

Qualifications:

+2 years of experience
Familiarity with agile concepts and famous frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Familiarity with the product development process
Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
Mastering the most used Jira add-ons (EazyBI, OKR Board, Insight, Automation)
Ability to analyze and solve problems, communicate accurately and constructively, document and prepare correspondence
Familiarity with REST API, CSS, HTML, Groovy
Mastery in designing optimal workflows and creating automation
