Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing advertising solutions that drive value for sellers, brands, and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure the successful development, launch, and performance of ad products aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

o   Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ad Services.

o   Understand business priorities, market trends, and customer needs to identify product opportunities.

o   Prioritize product initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with company goals.

o   Work closely with engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable ad products and features.

o   Create detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and ensure alignment across teams.

o   Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to release and post-launch optimization.

o   Partner with sales and marketing teams to gather feedback, understand market demands, and develop go-to-market strategies.

o   Collaborate with data analytics teams to monitor product performance and identify improvement areas.

o   Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.

o   Analyze product performance using KPIs and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

o   Proactively identify and address challenges or bottlenecks in the product experience.

o   Stay informed of industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

o   Act as the voice of the customer to ensure ad products meet seller and advertiser needs.

o   Regularly engage with users and clients to validate product ideas and usability.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

·       4+ years of product management experience, preferably in ad tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

·       Strong understanding of online advertising ecosystems, including performance-based advertising, programmatic platforms, and campaign management tools.

·       Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

·       Data-driven decision-making mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
