At Digikala, our Commercial Team plays a critical role in shaping the product offering and driving sustainable growth. We are responsible for building strong supplier partnerships, optimizing pricing and assortment strategies, and ensuring customers have access to the right products at competitive prices. By combining data-driven insights with market awareness, the team continuously improves the end-to-end commercial performance—from sourcing to sales—within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developed and executed category strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and market competitiveness across Health Supplements and Personal Care Electronics categories 
  • Led end-to-end category management, including supplier partnerships, assortment planning, pricing strategy, inventory optimization, and commercial performance analysis 
  • Monitored market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and enhance category positioning 
  • Managed strategic relationships with local and international suppliers, leading commercial negotiations and long-term partnership development 
  • Directed demand forecasting, purchasing plans, and stock management to ensure product availability and operational efficiency 
  • Collaborated with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to design and execute promotional and trade marketing initiatives 
  • Optimized product portfolio and merchandising strategy to improve customer experience, revenue growth, and category profitability 
  • Ensured achievement of sales targets, margin objectives, and overall category KPIs through data-driven decision-making and commercial planning
Qualifications

  • Extensive managerial experience in Category Management, Buying, or Commercial roles within Retail, FMCG, Pharmacy, or E-commerce industries 
  • Strong knowledge of the Health Supplements market, including vitamins, dietary supplements, and wellness products 
  • In-depth understanding of the Personal Care Electronics market, including grooming and personal care devices 
  • Proven track record in supplier management, commercial negotiations, and strategic partnership development 
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with experience in pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization 
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape within assigned categories 
  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large product portfolios and drive category growth, profitability, and operational efficiency 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven reporting tools
