About the Role

This role is part of a high-priority initiative at Digikala to build a new platform that will play a strategic role in the future of the company’s digital ecosystem. The person in this role will take full ownership of the product side of this initiative and help shape the experience and infrastructure from the ground up. The team is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and fast-paced — with direct access to decision-makers across business and tech.


Responsibilities

● Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new platform being developed within Digikala.
● Lead the discovery, scoping, and design of user journeys, flows, and key product features across the supply and demand sides.
● Translate complex, operational-heavy business needs into digital-first, scalable solutions.
● Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and stakeholders to ensure delivery of end-to-end product experiences.
● Conduct data-driven analyses and experiments to test product-market fit and validate core assumptions.
● Contribute to building a product team culture focused on user value, iteration, and outcome-oriented development.


Qualifications, Competencies & Skills

● 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in platforms, marketplaces, or ops-heavy domains.
● Strong ownership mentality and comfort with ambiguity.
● Fluent in product discovery, prototyping, prioritization frameworks, and roadmap planning.
● Fluent in product analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
● Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders
