شرح موقعیت شغلی

The successful candidate will help us transform the way data is used to optimize our talent strategy including talent acquisition, retention, organizational development, and diversity. We are looking for someone who can collaborate with our HR leadership to tackle high priority strategic talent questions for the company.



Job Description:


  •  Bring critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of challenging business questions.
  • Perform data driven experiments and operate in an agile environment.
  •  Translate talent and business issues into questions and hypotheses that can be tested with data.
  • Identify opportunities to scale for repeatable business questions through frameworks and dashboards.
  •  Conduct in-depth data analysis and modelling.
  • Collaborate across teams, geographies, and organizational levels to implement solutions that have a measurable business impact.
  • Provide data analysis, programming, and coding support for multiple complex components.
  • Assess data sources and technologies available to address business problems.
  • Understand the business problem, context, and audience to inform execution of the work.
  • Communicating data and analytics opportunities and bringing them to life in a way that business stakeholders can understand and engage with.

Requirements:


  • Strong data acumen with the ability to analyze, cleanse, and organize data of significant complexity.
  • Experience with Information Design techniques and Tools.
  • Experience as data analyst (preferably in a start-up environment)
  • Experience with Python and Power BI.
  • Experience in data base software.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to consult on projects and present information effectively.
  • Strong understanding of different ways to visualize data to make the most impact on the audience.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience.
