Job description
- Support change management projects that improve HR processes, systems, structure, and culture.
- Facilitate and support changes in business structures, procedures, processes, and utilization of resources and Coordinate organization and structure design initiatives
- Gathering and assessing feedback from all levels in the organization regarding concerns, areas of improvement, successes, and highlights on performance management and processes.
- Contribute to potential restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
- Consult with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters.
- Providing moderation and transparency in performance management
- Looking for ways to create awareness and quality participation of all line managers and supervisors
- Provide advisory services to line management and supervisors with respect to OD and performance management
- Advise line managers on performance form development
- Advise line managers on the evaluation process
- Advise line managers on Analyzing the Results of Performance Management
Requirements
- Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management or any related field in Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a senior position in HR position.
- Advanced Communication, Negotiation, Coaching, Analytical and Presenting Skills.
- Fluency in English
