Job Description

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand business needs, identify process improvements, and implement solutions that align with the organization’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct process mapping, modeling, and analysis using various tools and implementation.
  • Develop and recommend process improvement strategies, including automation and reengineering.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather process information and validate process improvements.
  • Design and implement process improvement solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Develop process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs and training materials.
  • Implementation of new processes, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Establish process performance metrics and KPIs to monitor and evaluate process efficiency.
  • Prepare and present reports on process performance, highlighting achievements, areas of concern, and recommendations for further improvements.
Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customization and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools
  • The ability to use BI tools is a plus
