As a Digikala  Account Management Senior Specilaist , you will play a crucial role in nurturing and maintaining relationships with sellers who wants to order Video or Live content. Your primary responsibility is to ensure client satisfaction, manage communication, and drive successful outcomes for both the client and the company.

 

Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Video/Live clients
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Understand clients’ needs, goals, and pain points
  • Monitor and manage the clients’ Live Commerce sessions
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to clients
  • Offer strategic guidance to achieve client business goals
  • Result-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work and exceeding customer expectations
 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the digital or e-commerce industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools
